Laney Tripp is a Florida-born, LA-based multidisciplinary artist working in music, woodworking, and space design. Her journey in construction began in 2020 with a self-built van conversion, learning carpentry, electrical / solar power installation, and plumbing. After building and flipping multiple vans, Laney shifted focus to permanent spaces, designing music studios, art spaces, and commercial builds like Feeling Swell surf shop in Venice, CA, and Susan Studio in Echo Park. With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and function, Laney focuses on creating spaces that feel intentional, inspiring, and built to last.

Susan Studio is a boutique recording space located in the Elysian Heights neighborhood of Echo Park, Los Angeles. Opened in June 2024 by Jacob Cummings, the studio offers a comfortable and creative environment for musicians, producers, and writers alike.
